What We Do
At Client Care Services, we are a small team, proudly registered with the NDIS, providing high-quality and personalised disability support services to families in the St George area and surrounding communities. Our dedicated team, with lived experience, is committed to empowering NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible, both at home and in the community.
We believe in offering holistic support, not only to individuals with disabilities but also to their families. We ensure that families have the resources, guidance, and emotional support they need to create a nurturing environment, while also providing practical assistance to help manage any challenges that may arise. As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of trust, compassion, and care.

A Message From Our Founder
"I’m a proud mum of two sons, one of whom drives around in his powered wheelchair. Our journey through life and the NDIS space? Let’s just say—it’s been a ride. From mountains of paperwork to finding the right support, we’ve been there, done that!
I can’t pinpoint the exact moment, but at some point I knew it was time to turn everything we’d learned into something positive. Not just for us, but for other families.
I left my 9-to-5 accounting job to gain experience working in the industry while studying disability support and supported independent living management.
With this knowledge, experience and a commitment to making a difference Client Care Services was born—out of real life, real love, and a real passion for connecting families with support workers who actually care. I personally find, support, and train the best people and match them with families who need more than just "help"—they need heart.
We’re now offering Supported Independent Living (SIL) services —because everyone deserves the chance to live with freedom, dignity, and the right support behind them.

Our Services
We offer a range of disability support services to individuals to help enhance their independence:
Our SIL supports include daily tasks like cooking, cleaning & personal care, plus life skills such as budgeting, shopping & using public transport.
Aim to encourage social interaction and skill development and explore shared interests for individuals with varying abilities.
Assisting with daily personal activities like getting in and out of bed, eating, showering, and bathing.
Assisting with cleaning, cooking, gardening, groceries, and everyday tasks at home.
